Good Stuff 2 Know

RSCHOOL: Activities Director Casey Hack recently unveiled a new online communication tool that all patrons of the district should be able to easily access and use. You can access it on the internet at: rSchool

This is a calendar which will show all school related events (early dismissals, holidays, concerts, school board meetings, etc.), activities (sports, club events, camps, etc), as well as full athletic schedules, sports rosters, building/gym usage, etc. To view a particular sport click on that under View Schedules, then click on VIEW. You can print any of these as well.

Many schools in the Tri Rivers Conference are already using rSchool so you can access their information as well. There is also a map which will show you how to get to the athletic field in use for each event.

We think this will be very beneficial to our community members. We hope you'll bookmark it on your computer and use it often!

ACTIVITIES: Check the voicebox for any school schedule or activity changes 830-2222 or 488-4267, all activities will be updated on the voicebox as soon as a decision is made usually early to mid-afternoon.  PLEASE hang up immediately after you hear what you need, hanging on the line will leave a message, too many messages will clog the system so it doesn’t work for anyone.  The voicebox does have caller-ID feature.

ATTENDANCE: Please call the main school # 563-488-2292. To report absences for grades 6-12 select 9. To report elementary absences select 2. Phone lines are equiped with caller-ID so if questions you will receive a return call. Please leave the student name, grade, reason for absence from school (if ill, what symptoms as the nurse tracks these), and your name.

Sign up to receive SCHOOL ALERTS - text messages or emails when we have early dismissals, late starts, cancellations, etc.
