FITNESS CENTER HOURS:

The Fitness Center will be open from the hours of 5:00AM - 10:00PM Monday through Friday for use by the school and general public. Weekend/holiday hours will be 5:00AM-8:00PM.

All individuals must be out of the Fitness Center no later than 10:00PM on weekdays and 8:00PM on holidays/weekends. The last individual in the Fitness Center at the end of the hours of operation each day must make sure that the lights in the Fitness Center are turned off and all exterior doors are closed. The school's night maintenance person will check the Fitness Center before leaving at night (11PM) to make sure the lights are out and the Fitness Center is secure.

The school does have priorty to use the center when needed for athletics or academics. Please check the hours they need to use the center below, keeping in mind that schedules do change based on weather or other gym use. Although the center may not be closed entirely to the public, access to machines or space may be very limited. Use your judgement when planning your workouts and please be understanding of our needs for students.

STUDENT USE

No one under 18 or any current student will be allowed to be in the Fitness Center without supervision by a key FOB holding adult/coach/school employee. The school will provide appropriate supervision for any school sponsored uses of the Fitness Center. Parents PLEASE help us with this rule that you agreed to when becoming a member. This is for the safety of the students, and the security of the center. Any student showing up without an adult will be asked to leave. If it happens more than once your electronic FOB can be disabled. The school provides supervised weight lifting time each Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30AM with Mr. Smith and Mr. Becker is in there on Fridays from 6:00-7:00AM.

SCHOOL USE

The school uses the PPF center for PE/Weightlifting classes and wrestling practices. During the 2016-17 school year the PE classes may be using the center more than ever during the school day due to construction. The school day runs 8:10AM-3:15PM. They do hold weight lifting for students from 7-8AM most mornings also.

During wrestling season - November-Feb 20 both of the wrestling teams, high school and middle school, will practice each day from 3:20-5:30PM when they don't have a meet.

HELP

PPF members, PLEASE help us out by putting all weights back where you found them when you're done using them. Our janitor is a cancer survivor and cannot move the bigger weights. They also can create a hazard for others using the center if laying around. The PPF committee and coaches have worked hard to create a nice environment there and there are great places to store all weights, so do your part and burn those extra couple calories to put them back when through.
