Scholarship Information

Scholarship season is upon us, as we are informed of scholarships available for the 2017-18 school year we will update the list below. Under that you will find all of the scholarships that we were made aware of for 2016-17, most will once again be available to our students with a similar deadline.

The office has a scholarship binder that you can check out and we can also print any needed transcripts, just stop by and ask. If anyone knows of any additional scholarship info please forward to the front office so we can share with all!

IMPORTANT - Maybe one of the most important things to keep in mind with scholarships is to WATCH THE APPLICATION DEADLINES. Be sure to give any references plenty of time to write their letter of recommendation for you, don't ask them at the very last minute as you want that letter to be as complete as possible and to be submitted on time. Missing the deadline by as little as a day can make the difference between receiving a scholarship and not even being considered for it no matter how well qualified you are. Be vigilant with deadlines!

Always try to type your applications, if you cannot do that then use pen and take your time writing legibly. Never use pencil to fill out any type of important form.

Iowa College Access Network has created this website with great information on Applying for Scholarships and Grants, as well as a number of other informational items.
