Winter Concert – The 6-12 band and vocal concert will be held on Sunday, December 4 at 2PM in the Wyoming gym


Midland Secondary will be presenting Aladdin Jr. as their musical this year! Show dates are Mar 4 & 5 at 7PM. Auditions will take place on Nov 28 & 29th. Sign up outside of the music room. If questions see Mrs. Streets or Mrs. Willms.

TriRivers Conference Choir Festival Nov 14th

Congrats to our students attending today’s TriRivers Conference Choir Festival – concert is November 14th at 7pm at Maquoketa Valley in Delhi.

MMHS Art Info

The Midland Middle/High School Art Program offers students the opportunity to explore diverse media, themes, and concepts.  Students in grade 6-8 are provided with a general art class that introduces a variety of media with emphasis on using and understanding the visual vocabulary of elements and principles.  Many middle school units are connected to art history or cultures, including pop culture.  High school offerings include the basics of drawing, painting, ceramics, and art history.  Plus, a course that explores graphic design, digital photography, and animation.  Seniors are offered the opportunity to take a studio course that allows for more choice and exploration of media and artistic preferences.

The Midland music department strives to help students have a creative space to make music and share it with others.
