Midland Community School District Welcomes Bailee Flory to District Administrative Support Role

The Midland Community School District is pleased to announce
the hiring of Bailee Flory as District Administrative Support. In this role, Bailee will assist with the daily operations of the district’s Business Office, providing support in areas such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll assistance, compliance reporting, and district-level
data management.

Bailee brings a strong background in business operations, technology, and customer service.


She is a graduate of Wartburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration
(Management Concentration) and has worked in administrative, financial, and IT roles across
multiple industries. Her professional experience includes positions with ITS in Monticello, the
University of Iowa Community Homecare, and the Iowa PGA Section, where she developed
strong organizational and communication skills.
Superintendent Koerperich shared, “We are excited to welcome Bailee to the Midland team. Her
business background, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow make her a great fit for this
position and for the future leadership of our district’s financial operations.”
As part of Midland’s long-term staffing plan, Bailee is expected to transition into the role of
School Business Official no later than Fiscal Year 2027. She will work closely with district
leadership to gain experience in financial management, budget planning, and state reporting to
prepare for this future leadership position.
Bailee shared, “I’m thrilled to join the Midland Community School District and look forward to
contributing to the district’s continued success while learning the operations that support our
students and staff.”
