Welcome to the Midland Community School District
Dear Parents/Guardians, Students, Faculty, and Staff,
As we gear up for an exciting new school year, I am thrilled to welcome everyone back to the Midland Community School District, “Where Everyone Belongs!” At Midland, every student, parent, teacher, staff and community member plays a vital role in creating an environment where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and empowered to excel.
As we move forward into the 2023-2024 school year, Midland Community School District’s commitment to academic excellence remains unwavering. We will continue to provide rigorous and engaging curricula that challenge our students to think critically, solve problems, and become lifelong learners. Our entire dedicated staff are prepared to guide and inspire our students, helping them reach new heights academically and personally.
In addition to academic growth, we are dedicated to nurturing the social and emotional well-being of our students through Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. We prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where students can explore their passions, build meaningful relationships and learn the academic and critical skills to pursue their dreams each school year and into their future.
As a parent myself, I have always believed that parents, guardians and community involvement is foundational to student success. Together, we will work hand in hand to create a seamless educational journey and provide students with the tools they need to thrive.
Please feel free to reach out to me, Terese Jurgensen, at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (319) 259-5340 ext. 2580, if you have any questions, would like to offer comments, suggestions or schedule a meeting. Looking forward to an outstanding year for the Midland Eagles!
