Midland School Performance Profile

Dear Midland Families

Thank you for the action-packed and fun-filled Homecoming week! It was great to see all of the participation, including the band, in the parade Wednesday night! I am wondering though, if anyone had to make an emergency run to the store for some needed toilet paper 🙂

As we wrap up the excitement of Homecoming, I also want to share some important updates about how our schools are performing at the state level. The Iowa Department of Education has released the 2024-25 Iowa School Performance Profiles, which provide an overview of how schools across the state are performing.

Here is a summary of Midland’s results, including highlights we are proud of and areas we will continue to strengthen. While these scores give us important information, they are just one measure of our work. Every day, our teachers and staff are dedicated to supporting our students and living our mission: Think. Lead. Serve.

You can view the full profiles on the Iowa School Performance Profile website. If you have questions about the data or what it means for your child’s school, please reach out to your school’s principal.

Thank you for your continued support as we work together to provide the best possible education for all Midland students.
