Midland had five students who participated in the 2025 TriRivers Conference Honor Band on January 13th at Maquoketa Valley. Congrats to our participants: Logan Gravel, Carter Willms, Kam Sagers, Kam Smith and Landon Moore.

Preschool has been learning to build different structures with different tools. Preschoolers also had their Christmas party which included building snowmen out of marshmallows and linking candy canes! Happy Holidays from our Preschool room!

Snap Circuits! Fourth grade recently completed a Science unit on Energy. Part of the unit included work on building electrical circuits. Students made some electrical circuits and showed them off to the other Elementary students. Take a look at these exciting projects!
On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Midland community voters will decide on renewing the district’s Physical Plant and Equipment Levy (PPEL), which provides crucial funding for maintenance, security, technology, transportation, and equipment needs. Approval of this measure would continue the current levy for another 10 years without increasing taxes.
