Elementary students worked together to finish the student created Leader in Me mural. Each elementary student added either a handprint to the tree or flower, or a thumbprint to make a bug. Even the two elementary therapy dogs got to add their pawprint.

The 5th graders took a field trip to Little Bear to wrap up their golf unit and tie together their learning on a real course. We couldn’t ask for a more beautiful morning, and many in the group began their love for golf. Thank you to Little Bear Golf Course
Elementary students work together to paint a Leader in Me mural in the gym that was designed and drawn by Hadley Eganhouse. Kindergarten-5th grade students voted on drawings that were submitted to determine what student design would be used. Check it out next time you go to the elementary! Great
There will NOT be a Grand March at Midland Prom 2024 due to student request. So only Midland students and their guests will be admitted to Prom if they have purchased a ticket. Stacie Cronkleton from The Photography Mill will be doing formal Prom Photos. You can order using this
In January, the NHS voted to purchase 4 sets of twin bedding (sheets and comforters) to donate to the Sleep in Heavenly Peace organization in Jones County. Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a non-profit organization that will provide a bed, bedding and a book to Jones county residents ages 3-17. Parents
On April 11th our 9th graders and ELA 1 students are doing Mock Interviews so they get a feel for the real thing ahead of them. They filled out a job application, made a resume, then went through the mock interview process. Thanks to Tris Langdon from Kirkwood Workplace Learning
