FFA LEADS FARM SAFETY CLASS
Safety is the number one priority in any operation, the same can be said for farms and their equipment. On October 4th, members of Midland FFA hosted and helped run a collection of 8 stations for 4th and 5th graders on Farm Safety. These stations included animal, gun, chemical, ATV,

THANK YOU FOR 152 YEARS!
As the school year closes we will say goodbye and good luck to six special employees who combined have dedicated 152 years of their lives, their time and their talents to the Midland District and its students/staff. We wish them the very best in their retirement years. Tim Wright 34

Midland New Phone System
Midland Schools installed an entirely new phone system on November 18th. We are excited about this new system and hope the extensions will work correctly for all staff in both buildings from every outside phone. The Midland Music Boosters Mattress Fundraiser is Sunday, November 21st. There will be 30+ different styles of beds on display for customers to try. The beds are new, brand name, made to order, available in all sizes, and cost less than retail stores. In addition to beds, there will also be

NO PETS ALLOWED AT SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Reminder: That no pets are allowed at any activity sponsored by Midland, included events at the fairgrounds. Anyone with a pet will be asked to remove the pet from the premises. If a service dog is required for an event, the district asked that the school is contacted prior to the event.

SCHOOL PHOTOS
Midland will use Halverson Photography for their school photos this year. School photos are scheduled for Tuesday, September 14th at both buildings beginning first thing in the morning. MMHS students who take Kirkwood AM classes can have their photos taken in the cafeteria stage starting at 7:45AM. Picture retake date
